Instructions
Ranch Dressing
Place the dressing ingredients(mayo, whipped cream, sour cream, lemon juice) in a bowl.
Season it with onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
Add the fresh dill.
Mix until well combined. Set aside.
For the Salad
In a large mixing bowl, add the lettuce and spinach.
Add the chopped bacon.
Add the sliced boiled-egg.
Add the chopped almonds.
Add the spring onions.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Lastly, add the ranch dressing.
Toss the salad with dressing until well combined. Serve.
